1. Do you have counter in any area?

Answer: No, we do not have any counter. Everything is online.

2. What is your customer service number is case I have question?

Answer: You may contact us here.

3. Can I get refund or change departure time or departure destination?

Answer: No, All sale are final, Nothing can be changed and no refund.

4. I am not satisfy with the bus service, who should I complain to?

Answer: You should contact the bus operator directly. We are just ticketing agent.

5. How long in advance I need to book ticket before departure?

Answer: You should book your ticket at least 48 hours in advance. However, for festival season (such as New year, Raya, School break), please book at least 7-days in advance.

6. How do I know the ticket price?

Answer: Once you book ticket, we will contact you with ticket price. If you agree on the price, schedule and bus operator, after you make payment to us, we will fax or email ticket to you.

7. Do I need visa travel to out of country (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand)?

Answer: For residence of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, you need to bring along passport with at least 6-months valid period to enter to countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Foreigner need to check with respective country.

8. If I turn up late at the bus terminal / station, can the bus wait for me?

Answer: No, bus will depart on time. Please be there about 15 minutes before departure and verify the platform of the bus/ bus plate number.

9. Can I bring along food and drink? How about smoking? Alcohol?

Answer: Yes. Light food and drink are allowed in bus. Do keep it tidy. No alcohol drink or smoking are allowed on bus.

10. I lost my ticket, can I get a replacement?

Answer: Check your email, you always have a copy.

11. How many luggages can I bring?

Answer: One luggage per passenger.

12. Will the bus stop at rest area / toilet break?

Answer: If the journey is more than 3-hours, driver may stop for toilet break.

13. Can a child travel alone?

Answer: No passenger below 12 years old are allowed to travel alone.

14. Can I bring my pet along?

Answer: No pet is allowed on bus.

15. Can I buy ticket on someone else behalf? 

Answer: Yes.
